How do I sign in?
Olak supports Google and Apple sign-in. Open the app, choose your preferred method, and follow the prompts. You'll need to be signed in to post, respond, vouch, and message other members.
How do I set up or edit my profile?
Go to your profile from the app's home screen and select "Edit profile". You can update your photo, business details, and other information. Changes save automatically when you confirm them.
How do I post or respond to an Ask?
Use the Ask board to post a request for help or an introduction. Other members can respond in the thread, and every ask keeps a permanent record of who helped.
What are vouches and levels?
Vouches are public endorsements from other members based on their experience with you. Levels are a reputation indicator on your profile computed from your activity (vouches received, posts made, and responses given). Vouches and levels reflect member activity and are not verified by Olak.
How do I upgrade to Olak Premium or manage my subscription?
You can upgrade from within the app's paywall screen. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and you can manage or cancel them from your device's subscription settings. For billing questions, contact support@onedydx.com.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app or by visiting our Delete Account page. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
