Child Safety Standards

Version 1.0 · Effective Date: 19th August, 2026

1. Our Commitment

One Differential Private Limited ("One Differential", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates Olak, a professional and business networking platform for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form and on any part of our platform.

Olak is intended for use by adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit minors to create accounts or use our Services. If we determine that a user is under the age of 18, we will terminate their account.

These Child Safety Standards set out what we do to prevent, detect, report, and respond to CSAE and CSAM, and how our users and the public can bring concerns to our attention. These Standards should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do Not Allow

The following are strictly prohibited on Olak and subject to removal and account action:

  • Any content that depicts, describes, or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including in imagery, text, audio, or video;
  • Sexualised content involving minors in any form, including illustrations, drawings, or computer-generated imagery;
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempted exploitation of minors, including inappropriate contact or communication with minors;
  • Content or behaviour that encourages, facilitates, or normalises the sexual exploitation of minors, including sextortion;
  • Attempts to evade our safety systems or to route around reporting and moderation mechanisms.

These prohibitions apply to all content and interactions on our platform, including posts, appreciations, promotions, responses, comments, direct messages, business pages, and any other feature.

3. How to Report Concerns In-App

Olak provides in-app reporting and blocking controls so that users can quickly bring safety concerns to our attention without leaving the app:

  • Report content or users: From a post, appreciation, promotion, response, comment, business page, or a direct message thread, users can open the in-app report control and submit a report. Report reasons include "Harassment or abuse", "Inappropriate content", "Spam or scam", "Impersonation", and "Something else". Users may also add free-text details to help our moderation team understand the concern.
  • Block users: Users can block another user directly from a chat or profile, which stops that user from sending direct messages and hides their content from the blocking user.
  • Contact us directly: Users and members of the public can report any child safety concern directly to our dedicated child safety contact by email at legal@onedydx.com, with "Child Safety" in the subject line. We treat such reports as high priority.

No one needs to wait for a response before taking their own protective steps, including contacting local law enforcement or emergency services where appropriate.

4. How We Respond to Reports

All reports received through our in-app controls or directly through our child safety contact are reviewed by our moderation and safety team. Our response includes:

  • Priority review: Any report that could involve the safety of a minor is escalated and reviewed on a priority basis rather than through ordinary moderation queues.
  • Content action: Content that violates these Standards or our Terms of Service is removed promptly, and the associated account is subject to suspension or permanent termination.
  • Preservation of evidence: Where appropriate, we take reasonable steps to preserve relevant records to support investigation by law enforcement.
  • Cooperation with authorities: Where we have a good-faith belief that content or activity involves CSAE or CSAM, we cooperate with relevant law enforcement and reporting authorities as required or permitted by applicable law.

5. Reporting to Regional and National Authorities

We are committed to complying with all relevant child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or suspected CSAE, we take appropriate steps to report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, which may include law enforcement and specialised reporting bodies (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and, in India, reporting to the appropriate police or cyber crime authorities under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000).

Nothing in these Standards limits the ability of any user or member of the public to report suspected child abuse or exploitation directly to their local law enforcement or national authorities.

6. Prevention and Ongoing Compliance

We invest in keeping our platform safe, including by:

  • Maintaining clear community standards and Terms of Service that prohibit CSAE and CSAM;
  • Enforcing an 18+ age requirement for account creation and taking action against accounts we believe belong to minors;
  • Reviewing and improving our moderation processes, tools, and controls on an ongoing basis;
  • Training and guiding our safety and moderation personnel on identifying and handling child safety concerns;
  • Reviewing these Child Safety Standards periodically and updating them as our platform and legal obligations evolve.

7. Contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety matters — including questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance — is:
